Trade Compliance Management covers all the main elements of export controls – screening critical business partners, country embargoes, critical goods, and critical end-uses, managing licenses, and risk assessment – and offers end-to-end integration into your processes and system environment.

Trade Compliance Management is a platform made up of four products. Depending on your license, you may have access to some or all of them:

• Compliance Screening: Checking business partners against sanctions lists is mandatory for all companies. Compliance Screening from AEB automates this process and delivers daily list updates as part of the solution.
• Export Controls: Businesses that want to thrive in the global marketplace need to understand and manage applicable bans and export restrictions. This means checking export transactions against the relevant laws and regulations – whether a business partner is located in an embargoed country, whether the goods require a license for the destination country, and, if known, whether the customer's planned end-use triggers a license requirement.
• License Management: Using licenses lawfully is a key obligation in export controls, but managing them manually is time-consuming and error-prone. With License Management from AEB, you can manage all your licenses electronically for greater efficiency and security. It guides you through applying for licenses, suggests the right license for a given transaction, documents every decrement, and reports usage to the relevant authorities – so you can play it safe with export controls done right.
• Risk Assessment: Risk Assessment is a digital platform for managing the risks your company is exposed to. It lets you collect specific datasets and define custom checklists for use across the company, making it easy to run internal audits for compliance with customs processes or AEO criteria, or to gather information on your customers' critical end-uses.
